Vol. IV · Section L Payments, kept like proper books

The business money ledger.

Section L · Ordinances

Legal & disclosures.

ORDINANCE SHEET · EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2026 · APPLIES TO ALL DESKS · FILED FOR PUBLIC READING

Art. I · Eligibility

Who may hold a desk

Solvanepay accepts applications from U.S.-registered business customers. Entity type and industry eligibility are confirmed during compliance review, and the house may decline any application with reasons filed to the applicant's reference number.

Art. II · Review windows

How long decisions take

Most complete applications are reviewed within one to three business days. Additional verification may extend the review period; the applicant is notified through the contact on file.

Art. III · Fees

What a desk costs

The core desk carries no monthly fee. Rail pricing — wires, ACH, card capture, cheque — is published on the Treasury & Payments sheet and may be revised on thirty days' notice. Failed amounts bear no fee and are excluded from desk totals.

Art. IV · Availability

Service, stated honestly

Scheduled maintenance is announced on the desk. Cut-off times are printed beside each rail. The house does not promise settlement outcomes it does not control; it promises traces, timestamps and honest totals.

Art. V · Restriction

When functions suspend

A desk may be restricted during a compliance or risk review. Restriction is displayed before other functions, account activity is suspended while the review team completes its assessment, and release is recorded with a dated entry.

Art. VI · Draft data

What registration keeps

Non-sensitive progress is saved for the current browser session while an application is completed. Passwords and files are never saved in browser storage, and application documents are stored in access-controlled private storage for review.

Art. VII · Records

How long entries are kept

Ledger entries, statements and compliance dossiers are retained per applicable U.S. record-keeping requirements. Customers may request extracts of their own records through the correspondence desk or the in-workspace mail room.
